Cancellations and refunds
The distinction between an enquiry, an agreed project and a payment.
1. Enquiries without payment
The portfolio of Trent Lynn Bowman, the professional name of TRENT LYNN BOWMAN, is identified at 255 Valley Loop, Heber Springs, AR 72543-8826, United States. Viewing its maps and preparing a project message do not involve a charge. There is no navigation subscription, paid download or sign order on these pages. A cancellation request therefore cannot refer to a purchase automatically made through this form. This notice explains questions that matter if a separate design engagement is later agreed, without inventing an order record or a refund promise for browsing a fictional map.
2. Deciding whether to commission a map
Before a proposal is accepted, you can decide that a map or wayfinding project should not proceed. A conversation about source plans, route information or possible formats does not itself reserve time or authorise a paid survey. Any chargeable preparation needs to be discussed expressly. If you only prepared a browser draft, there is nothing to cancel with the website. If you sent an email, explain the changed intention so the correspondence can distinguish an exploratory request from work actually approved.
3. Work stages in an actual agreement
A map commission can separate supplied-data preparation, graphic exploration, detailed artwork and production output. The parties should record fees, approvals and what each stage includes before relying on that scope. If paid work must stop, the relevant agreement and applicable protections determine how completed work and remaining tasks are considered. This website does not assign an automatic cancellation percentage or declare all advance payments non-refundable. A conceptual panel gives no information about the price or contractual position of a different real project.
4. When the source or purpose changes
A replacement base plan, a newly added destination or a change from an overview map to an installed sign can alter the brief substantially. Raise that change promptly and identify which approved tasks should pause. Discuss what drawing work has already been carried out, which files are usable and what further review would be needed. A request to stop or revise is handled in the context of the actual agreement. It is not an instant reversal button and should not be accompanied by sensitive payment credentials.
5. Review requests and independent costs
For a cancellation or payment question, contact [email protected] with the project name, relevant agreement, stage reached and the resolution requested. Include a payment reference only when needed to identify a real transaction. Survey information, printing, installation, external datasets and other participants can have their own terms; the designer cannot automatically reverse those providers’ charges. Keep source plans and private access details out of a first cancellation message unless their limited use is necessary and an appropriate method has been agreed.
6. Recording a resolution and preserving rights
A resolution should make clear the position of unfinished artwork, deliverable files, usage rights and any payment actually agreed. It should not be inferred merely from a changed map on a preview page. No universal response time or payment-processing deadline is promised here. Rights that applicable law requires to remain available are preserved. This version, dated 2 November 2026, describes the portfolio’s no-checkout workflow; it does not retrospectively change a written commission or the terms of an independent print or installation supplier.
